Ingredients (serves 6)
- 1 Wheelhouse soft pretzel, baked and salted
- 12 One-Timer Soft Pretzel Bites, baked and salted
- Sugar snap peas, raw
- Asparagus, raw, cut the bottom 2 inches off
- Radish, raw, some sliced, some quartered from the top down, leaving a little bit of the stem on top for some green
- Watermelon radish, raw, sliced in thin halves
- Colorful baby carrots, raw
- Yellow summer squash, raw, sliced at a diagonal
- Orange bell pepper
- English cucumber, sliced at a diagonal
- Broccoli
- Cauliflower
- Tomatoes on the vine
- Fresh thyme
Green Goddess Dip Ingredients
- 2 small avocados, smashed
- 1 cup of parsley
- 1 cup mixed soft leafy herbs (such as dill, mint, tarragon, and/or cilantro)
- 2 tbsp. chives, chopped
- 1 tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp lemon zest
- 1 tbsp. extra-virgin olive oil (EVOO)
- 2 tsp capers
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1/4 tsp sea salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- Pinch of cayenne pepper
Preparation
Veggie Board Instructions
- Wash and chop all vegetables
- Place baked Wheelhouse in center of board
- Arrange vegetables on selected serving platter
Green Goddess Dip Instructions
- In a food processor, combine the avocados, parsley, mixed herbs, chives, lemon juice, lemon zest, EVOO, capers, garlic, salt, pepper, and cayenne. Pulse until well combined. Season to taste.
- Fill middle of Wheelhouse with Green Goddess dip.
