Antioxidant-Rich Berry Parfait

Ingredients (serves 2)

  • 1 cup of Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup of granola
  • 1 banana, coined
  • ½ cup of strawberries, hulled and quartered
  • ½ cup of raspberries
  • ½ cup of blueberries
  • Honey for drizzling

Preparation

  1. In two glasses, divide the Greek yogurt and top it with a layer of strawberries and bananas.
  2. Continue with another layer of yogurt and granola. Top it with fresh blueberries and raspberries.
  3. Drizzle with honey.
  4. Enjoy!
