A Completely New Look, Feel and Vibe in Boston's Theater District

Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery is excited to announce the opening of its Boston location in the heart of the recently revitalized Theatre District, slated to open the second week of April with a brand new space and look. Rock Bottom will also be boasting a new, revamped menu with many of the restaurant's classics along with nearly 30 new dishes.

THE LOOK & SEATING The new look boasts dark woods, earth tones and floor to ceiling windows that overlook the bustling theater district. The completely redesigned space is now anchored by an over-sized, centrally located "island bar." With the upcoming warmer weather, Rock Bottom installed state-of-the-art accordion-style windows that completely open-up creating an al fresco feeling throughout the restaurant, which also features a 50 seat patio. The redesigned space also features a state-of-the art entertainment center with nine LCD televisions complete with Direct TV and NFL ticket- a real sports lover's dream.

THE MENU Rock Bottom is opening with a new menu that incorporates a variety of 29 fresh new items along with existing favorites that are always the ideal complement to the brewery restaurant's award-winning beer. Appetizer favorites include the famous Ball Park Pretzels: brushed with handcrafted ale and served with jalapeno ranch dressing; Firecracker Shrimp: tossed with Thai chili sauce and cilantro, served with ginger-citrus sauce; and Kobe Sliders: served with fried onion strings. Entrees include Brewmaster's Selections such as the Cedar Plank Pecan Crusted Salmon: topped with dill cream sauce, served with lemon rice and seasonal vegetables; Hazelnut Crusted Chicken: topped with sauteed sun-dried cherry sauce, served with white cheddar mashed potatoes and vegetables; Cajun Fish Tacos: topped with Cajun remoulade, served with black beans and red ale rice, as well as Rock Bottom Classics, RB Signature Steaks, Seafood Specialties, Steak-Burgers, Entree Salads and Sandwiches.

THE BEER & BEVERAGE PROGRAM Rock Bottom beers are "brewed locally - respected globally." With over 125 major medals under their belt the Rock Bottom brewers are continually handcrafting new and inventive beers. Flagship beers include, but are not limited to, the Rock Bottom Kolsch: a golden, straw colored ale; White Ale: uniquely flavored from orange peel, coriander and Belgium yeast; Red Ale: a medium bodied, rich beer with a malt profile; and Specialty Dark: an ever changing mix of stouts, porters and other specialty dark brew. Rock Bottom also boasts a full bar with specialty cocktails such as the Berri Acai Lemonade: Absolut berri acai vodka, Cointreau, fresh lemonade, blackberries, topped with Sierra Mist; Hendricks Strawberry Smash: muddled strawberries, Monin agave nectar, Hendricks gin and topped with Sierra Mist; and the Ultimate Arnold Palmer: Grey Goose vodka, homemade simple syrup, fresh lemonade, fresh brewed tea - all perfect to enjoy on Rock Bottom's patio.
