| Nobles and Greenough Art Sale |
Nobles and Greenough School's Art Department, Community Service Program, and STAT (Students for the Treatment of AIDS Today) all participated in the coordination of an art sale to benefit Community Servings, raising $7,500 for our meals program. Nobles' community members, including faculty and students, donated art ranging from photographs and knitted clothing to jewelry and paintings. The student-run groups wanted to ensure that AIDS awareness was kept at the forefront of the AIDS Art Sale. Community Service Coordinator Linda Hurley said, "The AIDS Art Sale is really about educating our students about the issues that face the world surrounding AIDS." Community Servings is also incredibly grateful to have Nobles students volunteering in our kitchen each week of the school year.
