Sustainable Foods

Community Servings is excited to be working with Sustainable Food Systems to increase the sustainability of our food service operation. We also hope to educate our staff and volunteers on the overall impact a complete sustainable food operation can have on our community and environment. As David B. Waters, our CEO, said, "John Turenne, President of Sustainable Food did an amazing job implementing a sustainable program at Yale University in partnership with nationally renowned chef, Alice Waters, and we're proud to have his pro-bono advice here at Community Servings. We intend to set the bar high!"
